Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?+
For now, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?+
Tracking link will be emailed after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed. Please review your details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
What if my order was lost in transit?+
In the rare event of a lost or undelivered order, please reach out to us with your order number. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?+
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged. If the issue is from our end, Jaschua will bear all related costs and arrange for an exchange. If the correct product has been delivered as ordered, we won't be able to process a return or exchange.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?+
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. Once verified and confirmed that the error is ours, we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
What if the size doesn't fit, can I exchange?+
Since all sales are final, we do not offer size-based exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Payments & Refunds
Can I return a product for a refund?+
We do not offer refunds, as each item is produced in limited quantities and made to order. All orders are final. In rare cases, such as a failed transaction or missing Order ID, please contact us — our team will assist you.
I placed my order by mistake. Can I get a refund?+
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can initiate a refund. However, once the order is confirmed or processed for production, refunds will not be possible, as your item is already in progress.

No. Prepaid only.
