All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to personal preferences, sizing issues, or change of mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, size guides, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photos showing the defect or incorrect product. Once verified and confirmed by our team, we will process an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging when returned.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds as all sales are final. However, in rare and exceptional cases, such as failed transactions, duplicate payments, or fulfillment errors from our end, a refund will be issued via through original payment method, depending on the situation.

Our team will notify you once your request has been reviewed and approved.


4. Exchange Eligibility

An exchange will only be approved under the following conditions:

  • You have received a wrong product or a damaged item.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original stickers and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase and photo evidence are provided within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The issue is verified and confirmed by the Jaschua Quality Team.


5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or replacement:

  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration.
  • Items returned without prior communication or approval.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or care negligence.
