Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Jaschua is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, your order will be placed on hold until the correct details are supplied. This ensures accurate and timely delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may make up to 3 reattempts. Parcels that remain unclaimed and are returned to us may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
